2022年9月22日，在二十國集團（G20）可再生動力專題研討會期間，水電水利規劃設計總院（以下簡稱水電總院）龔戰爭副院長與印尼國家電力公司（PT PLN/PERSERO，以下簡稱PLN公司）代表YUSUF DIDI SETIARTO配合簽署了一起配合諒解備忘錄，就深化雙方在低碳動力、環境和社會保證等領域的技術一起配合達成共識。水電總院將為PLN公司供給技術包養故事支撐，助力其加強人才資源建設，推動可再生動力開發，進而配合為印尼可持續發展以及政策、技術環境優化貢獻積極氣力。

此次諒解備忘錄的簽署是我國清潔動力咨詢機構和印尼電力機構初次樹立機制性一起配合，也是印尼在主席國任內開展G20系列活動的一項主要結果，遭到兩國當局機構和行業部門的廣泛關注。
